Boulangerie pâtisserie de Concots T46 - Our excellent bread and cake shop in the village! The Boulangerie is under new management (Quentin and Thibault) and also sells other local produce and essentials including local beers and newspapers. Coffees and ice creams are also available to take out.
Pamela Angus Glass - Pam is based in our neighbouring village of Cremps and does amazing things with glass. "From my workshop in France I create kiln-formed and stained glass pieces. Originally from Ireland, but currently living in SW France, I've been working with glass since 2003, and selling my work around the world since 2007 and have been featured on international blogs and in print, including Elle (fr) and Gioia magazine."
Mas del Périé - A contemporary, organic vineyard near Cahors with roots dating back to the 1500's. Fabian Jouves wines are sold across the world and wine tasting and a tour of the vineyard are available (in both French and English).
Phosphatières du Cloup d'Aural - An old Phosphate Mine nearby in the village of Bach. A fascinating journey through a 30m deep open mine with lots of interesting geological and botanical features.
Pech Merle Caves - The caves are famous for their prehistoric wall paintings of animals. There is also a museum on site. The caves are twenty minutes drive by car from here.
Le Parc Animalier du Grammat - In the heart of the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park, discover more than 1000 wild and domestic animals from European countries. Grammat is just under an hours drive to the north.
Le Rocher des Aigles - An hour to the north and above the amazing cliff side town of Rocamadour, this bird of prey centre has many interesting species including vultures and eagles.
Gîte du Rouquet en Cévennes - A lovely Gîte in the Cévennes National Park run by our friends Valerie and Henry.
